Friday, May 2, 2014 - Incredible wine. The nose smelled exactly like dried apricots, layered over a touch of pear. On the palette, there was just so much going on. Every flavor imaginable. I was overwhelmed, honestly. The balance between the sugar and acid was nearly flawless. Even though it was so incredibly sweet (at 4% ABV), my mouth did not feel coated or tired after drinking. How can something so sweet leave my palette feeling cleansed? Incredible.
