Thursday, June 4, 2020 - Time to drink up. The nose is nicely lifted with sous bois, wet fir tree. Pretty steely, wet stone, backed up by boysenberry and finished with tannin impact. Drink 1-2 years, it’s not going down but it’s at or past the peak.
