Sunday, April 22, 2012 - Tonight I did not decant and think that was the wise move. It smelled great at 4PM and never stopped. I opened at 4 PM and slow oxed till leaving for the restaurant at 5:15. Drank around 7PM. Showed wonderfully focused fruit, cedar, tobacco,minerallity and spice. Fresh and vibrant. As good as you could hope for. My last btl.
