Thursday, March 7, 2024 - PnP, 9% Alc., natural cork (not the best), bright yellow color with no signs of aging or maturity.

Nose: Charming Sweetness.

Palate: Still youthful and a pleasure to drink. Due to the vintage may be a bit too dominant sugar relative to the acidity, but generally very good with sufficient freshness, classic Moselle sweet wine characteristics, nice complexity and good length.

A very good Moselle Kabinett from a warmer vintage. Enjoyed it with spicy Asian Food. Will definitely last another 10 years.
