  • PnP, 9% Alc., natural cork (not the best), bright yellow color with no signs of aging or maturity.

    Nose: Charming Sweetness.

Palate: Still youthful and a pleasure to drink. Due to the vintage may be a bit too dominant sugar relative to the acidity, but generally very good with sufficient freshness, classic Moselle sweet wine characteristics, nice complexity and good length.

A very good Moselle Kabinett from a warmer vintage. Enjoyed it with spicy Asian Food. Will definitely last another 10 years.

  • Hard to say which is my favourite style , kabinett or spatlese. Certainly when young, its the Kabinett, with its gentle alochol and off dry nature. Some can be too sweet, but here its perfect. 9% alcohol, bags of fruit, refreshing acidity, touch of CO2, screw cap. Served with a prawn cocktail at the start of the wedding dinner, its a wine that could be drunk all night and all thru the next day as well. Should have bought more.

  • Terrific wine. This seems to be aging at a glacial pace; from the color and intense, chiseled structure and laserlike acidity, I'd have guessed no older than 2012. And to think this is just the estate Kabinett.

  • A delightfully aromatic Mosel Kabinett thats like licking a wet rock thats covered in white flowers. I'm in love.... Something about Mosel K's that do this but this really hits a high note (if you know what I mean...) marked minerality and honey on the nose, yet acidic and grapefuit notes as well as ripe banana skins on the palate. ouch yes. :) reminds me of my love too.... obviously a big hitter. buy drink repeat.

  • Sweet style of Reisling, light on alcohol, but you wouldn't know it. [screwcap, 9% alc]
