Thursday, January 26, 2012 - Acker Merrall BYO (Sepia - Chicago IL): Fascinating wine that really improved with a little air. When first opened, this was lean, angular with moderate spice. About 3-4 hours later (not decanted), it was floral, meaty, with more prolific spice and a longer finish. Still not powerful, but a very charming Clos de Beze.
