Sunday, November 15, 2015 - White peach, green apple, even a note of cherry. Acidity doesn't stand out, but the balance is fine. Finish is quite long. Delicate and elegant. Paired well with Delia Smith's 'spicy chicken' (Madras curry and turmeric.)
