Tuesday, March 13, 2012 - This is a bit cloudy but smells ok, perhaps a little brett - red fruit, smoke, spice and some licorice after a while. Medium acidity with fine tannins. I noticed a fine sediment suspended in the glass - it might have warranted a muslin filter if I hadn't scoffed the lot.
