Wednesday, February 7, 2007 - With Mark at The Fig Cafe. Double decanted about an hour before we started on it. Elegant, pure, balanced, plenty of raspberry fruit with a nice sappy quality. Really a lovely wine, and opened up beautifully over the course of a couple of hours.
