Saturday, November 21, 2009 - Polished off another bottle with some Chicken/bruchetta style dish. Alone this is a passable IGT table Red, but given some food it changes. Like many Sangio blends, the tomato sweetness brings out the acidity and genius in this blend. The lower score has more to do with lack of complexity or finish. There is enough polish and briar-patch cherry to make this an endearing table Red. Particularly when pair with some Tomato sauce based dishes.
