Monday, July 3, 2023 - A bit denser yellow than a bottle 2 years ago. Open from the get-go with forward nose of lemon, peach, apple. Rich, ripe fruit, some minerality. Like the last bottle, more on the lush than crisp side for Prum but still excellent balancing acidity. Medium-long finish. In its wheelhouse now and likely to remain there for many years to come. Excellent.
