Sunday, October 23, 2011 - Sulfur on the nose, which dissipated after a night in the fridge. Light to medium bodied with low to medium acidity. Ripe apple and pear and some rocky minerality in the midpalate. A touch fatter than I expected for this vintage, otherwise quite nice. I will hold off on opening another bottle for at least 3 years.
