Monday, December 20, 2010 - I really need to learn two lessons sooner or later: 1) Don't keep the babies in the fridge, it's too tempting to drink them, and 2) I say it every year, I need to drink more Riesling.

Nose of Peaches, honeysuckle, and lemon curd. Palate a gorgeous balance of candied pineapple, lime, wet stones, with a deft balance between the sweet and the laser sharp acidity. Paired with Spicy Thai food, so love how the palate alternates between the Thai fire, the sweet quench, and the citrus acidity that starts the mouth watering for a repeat of the cycle. I need to eat more Thai and drink more Riesling...
