The nose has the slightest bit of petrol on it. Also some wet rocks and slight tropical fruits. A bit sugary. On the palate, this is more elegant than powerful. Slightly viscous. Pineapple, minerals and slight candied citrus note. Worked well with an Indian Rice pudding (not sure the name of the dish). Enough acidity to bring it all together. No hurry, this is not showing much age at this point.
