Wednesday, December 30, 2015 - Wow! Beautiful, fresh nose of apricot, citrus, and honey. Same on the palate, with some tangerine notes as well. Good texture, balance, and finish. Sipped this for 3 days, and it was best on day 3. In the beginning, there were some bitter notes that disappeared on day 3. Wonderful!
