Tuesday, February 13, 2024 - Medium-dry there were flavours of quince pear enriched with wax and cream. Extraordinarily, this had taken on the autolytic characters of an aged Champagne that had since gone flat. The length and balance though were surprisingly still intact. Interesting. CHP 89 pts
