Monday, May 5, 2014 - Medium yellow. Some remnant effervescence. A touch of honey and ripe peach. Medium weight, not as unctuous as a BA but rich with enough acidity and lime to balance the ripe stone fruit and give some sense of restraint. Moderate sweetness, long finish. Dynamite dessert wine not over the top, superb for the vintage, and drinking at its peak.
