Thursday, August 15, 2013 - Day 1 - Central Coast Tastings (Central Coast - CA): Fierce and zippy. This had a ton in the acidity and structure department. Lots of fresh fruits and herbal notes made this a gorgeous accompaniment to the 90 degree Santa Ynez afternoon.
