rather big, (and almost clumsy) for a Pinot.
Much dark fruit and heavy wood treatment.
Benefitted from a good pairing tonight with the huge Pork Chop, but would've been very difficult with fish.
I don't have much Soter experience, and I wouldn't be surprised if this was a slightly off bottle.
