Monday, October 24, 2022 - The colour is medium garnet suggesting moderate age. Forward dark red fruit; black cherry, hint of balsamic, black olive and earthy and leather notes. The palate is near perfect harmony, no tannins to speak of, but no lack of structure; the sweet fruit and acidy play each other well. And the length, just goes on and on. It has been a while since I enjoyed a Chianti this much.
