Sunday, August 28, 2011 - Ever so slightly brown-tinted burgundy, dark yet translucent. Strawberry, fresh mountain forest, and lovely spices on the nose. Medium bodied, almost candied cherries (I mean this in a good way - sweet but not cloying), cranberries, eucalyptus, baking spices, good acid, smooth tannins, and a medium to long finish. Elegant and delicious.
