Monday, June 19, 2006 - Tasted at the domaine. 17 hl / ha. Smoked meat on the nose, with perfumey licorice, dark fruit. Expressive. On the palate, finely detailed flavors of smoked meat. Very nice now, could age another 10+, IMO.
