Monday, January 22, 2024 - Annual Jadot Dinner - this time with Thibault Gagey (Sepia - Chicago): 96/97/02 flight. My least favorite of the three as it wasn't totally harmonious with a slight structural edge that isn't completely integrated. On its own, I might not have picked up on the relative imbalance but next to the more complete 97 and 02, it was noticeable. Very good, none the less.
