Soft mouth feel, round and nearly rich balanced by enough acid to show wet stones and some spice (allspice?, cloves?) and a lingering finish of honey and a bit of citrus. Popped and poured except for waiting for the temperature to come up a bit; seemed to develop over time. [375ml]
