While similar in character to last tasting notes on 4/22/10 this bottle lacks some of the acidity present in the last bottle (not that the other one was high acid). This is in a good place now and I would not wait. Still has the wonderful Meyer lemon qualities, great richness, and a medium long finish. Good stuff!
