Tuesday, February 3, 2015 - Nice balance with delicate floral notes throughout. Pear, peach, lemon fruit with a nice acidity. Very bright and fresh considering the age. I do not think it is improving, but I think it has another 4-5 years left of very good drinking. I have been quite happy with the 2007's from Paso.
