Sunday, January 1, 2023 - Good entry level champagne that held up remarkably relatively well for far longer than it should have. After a decade in cellar, it still has rich red cherry and strawberry fruit and a mineral depth that indicates a depth of meunier. Impeccably balance of acid, mineral and fruit has held up, even as wine has matured and developed some mushroom notes. Lots of toast, too.
