Friday, July 27, 2012 - A sharp, metallic, pale gold with fine bubbles and nice mousse. The aromas are honey, toast, almonds, sweet clove, and floral notes. The taste a lime zest, grapefruit, and green apple with clean minerality. The acidity is zingy and this wine finishes very long.
