Tuesday, December 25, 2012 - Christmas morning watching the kids unwrap presents. Revisiting at 10 pm after being corked in the fridge. Not a ton of change over the day other than some loss of effervescence in the glass. Nice creamy mouthfeel with citrus/apple. No complaints, but not tremendously long in the finish. Great day. Great way to start cleaning up.... Merry Christmas!
