Sunday, January 21, 2018 - Opened for NFL games and Australian Open Tennis today, nose of brioche, slate, shale, with a touch of honey, citrus, and toast, more of the same on the palate, very big body, nice mousse, lots of tiny bubbles, tasty, easy to sip and savor today, and a long,long finish.
