Sunday, February 22, 2015 - Wonderful, pristine, elegant wine, this one. The epitome of minerality with great stoniness/slateiness. Lemons, limes, green apples, a hint of white peach and that chablis oyster shell too. Good fruit intensity and pleasing length. All very integrated and ready to drink now but will certainly develop more if the cork holds.
