Tuesday, August 17, 2021 - Burg Lunch at Wah Lok. Pop and pour. Drank in Gabriel Standart Enjoyed slowly over the whole afternoon.
Almost same note as recently, just with a bit more honey, and nuttiness emerging nicely with more air.
Chablis Grand Cru Le Clos at peak.
