Sunday, July 3, 2011 - Amazing - this wine is not at all ready to drink. Intense, minerally, citrus, diamond hard wine shows all sorts of promise, but it is just too young to drink now. Much more open on the second day, but it would have been interesting to leave it another day longer. Be glad you have it, just don't drink it yet.
