Sunday, October 23, 2011 - Tight, painfully acidic still. Saline, stone and grapefruit flavors. Left it open for day 2 - it was still very tight, but had opened up. Slightly more floral. Once again, a wonderful wine, especially with food, but it is nowhere near ready to drink. Amazing. I guess I should go back and read my own tasting notes before I try to open another bottle in 2 months - but this one was the Dauvissat-Camus label and I had it listed in a different spot.
