The '07 is far more serious and multi-faceted. Initial notes of matchstick that stay with this wine over the course of a few hours, along with more noticeable dry extract, much more tangibly so than in the '08. Lemon-tinged palate, showing great energy and cut. So much better than the '08 right now. With air, some saline, minerals, really deft and proportioned, with a very long finish that gives impression of freshness, clarity, minerally, almost wintergreen cleanness. Just wow.
