Wednesday, November 5, 2014 - Subtle nose, but explodes on the palate with peach, apple, orangecicle, lime and petrol, with a very long mineral fish. Medium body, with excellent balance, and a creamy texture that lingers on the teeth and palate. Exceptional right now, but will undoubtedly keep another 5 years or longer.
