Friday, March 26, 2021 - Decanted for 2 hours before pouring. Just a transient whiff of honey which quickly receded to show bouillon. Full yellow without any residual green tint. All herb, lemon, and limestone on the palate with a fantastic acid backbone. Medium weight but explosive and probing. Not the ultimate in Grand Cru complexity (that would be Dauvissat's Preuses), but my goodness, the intensity and power here were unreal. This has enough energy and snap to go on for another decade.
