Wednesday, March 18, 2009 - Tasting Group Dinner - Burgs (Heidi's & La Belle Vie, Minneapolis): Tight, but still explosive nose of lemon, mineral, and grapefruit. Much less closed on the palate than I expected. Marvelous tension. Bright, long, zingy, salty, and amazingly complex and pure. Pungent minerality. Waves of electric fruit. One of the best Chablis I've had, and my WOTN. Thanks to Craig for sharing this amazing bottle.
