Tuesday, September 1, 2009 - Excellent Barossa shiraz. Well developed nose and restrained fruit on the palate. Refined and elegant, but big nonetheless, all the things you look for in Aussie shiraz but rarely find. Drinking very well now but can also be enjoyed for the next 4 or 5 years.
