Sunday, August 23, 2009 - Popped and poured. HUGE extracted wine that shows initial tannin and blueberry. Over an hour this evolved into a silky, unctuous wine showing blueberry, sweet vanilla, blackberry and cedar. You have to like big heavy fruit bomb Aussie Shiraz to like this wine, which I do. Would go great with BBQ, Pizza or Steaks.
