Saturday, November 7, 2009 - Inky, dark purple with a prominent nose of dark fruits, cedar and a hint of tobacco. The wine is very smooth and supple on the mouth with tastes of black raspberries and blackberries. The finish has very nice length with more dark fruit, cedar and black pepper. This wine had an amazing amount of sediment. Mollydooker shake performed prior to tasting.
