Thursday, December 15, 2011 - No evolution, not better - not worse than last time I tasted this. Blueberry compote and such a full bodied palate there is nothing to compare to. The residual sweetness needs to be written with capital letters and that would still be an understatement. Indeed a nice companion to cheese, but not a wine for the faint hearted. I have said it before, but to a good Comté and some fig marmelade this is marvellous!
