Tuesday, August 27, 2013 - Everytime cellartracker decides that Blue Eyed Boy is next up on the drinkability report, I have no hesitation, but rather, great enthusiasm. With a quick Mollydooker Shake, releasing the nitrogen, and a subsequent turn of the twist top (oh, I wish all wineries were so evolved), the fragrant blast is emitted! Blackberry jam, such sweetness, perfect - really perfect acidity. This is the wine that convinced me to buy more and better wine. No matter that I have wines 2, 3, and 20 times its cost, the Blue Eyed Boy continues to remind me how much I love the art of creating good juice. I have decided to visit Mollydooker - it should be a wonderful trip. A great reason to plan a vacation, I think very much so.

12/10/2014 4:00:00 PM - I am a South Aussie lad living in NY. I am blessed to have one great wine shop close by that buys out whole collections from NY collectors.

My shop has 3 bottles of this and has had 2004 Stella's Garden, 2009 Enchanted Path and various other impossible to get Sparky wines.

This may well be the best to date.

if you get to the Barossa Valley and McLaren Vale you MUST also visit

    Henschke
    Rockford (my favorite)
    Yalumba (nice old winery)
    Penfolds and
    Charles Melton
