Saturday, December 28, 2013 - Definitely on the herbaceous, woody side. Aromas and flavours of new oak, brine/thyme (almost bordering on dill) and black berries. A bit one-dimensional and slowing some oxidative/reductive character. I'm drinking up -- and never buying from this house again. The Gran Reserva is even more woody and oxidized tasting -- immediately on release.
