Sunday, November 28, 2010 - Certainly on the sweeter side of Kabinett. Layers of apricot fruits dominate, only allowing the brief traces of minerality to show through at this point. The palate is rich, with considerable volume, revelaing endless peaches and sweet apricots. The acidity comes into play after a few mnutes of being opened and relieves some of the seemingly obvious sweetness. Lots of potential for aging.
