Wednesday, September 28, 2011 - Sitting in a happy place right now - a nice mixture of grassy sauvignon blanc grassy notes backed up with a touch of texture and sweetness of the Semillion. Nutmeg, oak, flint and white flowers - a rich palate which pretty decent complexity. Drinking well now - have this while your Domaine de Chevalier Blanc ages in the cellar.
