Sitting in a happy place right now - a nice mixture of grassy sauvignon blanc grassy notes backed up with a touch of texture and sweetness of the Semillion. Nutmeg, oak, flint and white flowers - a rich palate which pretty decent complexity. Drinking well now - have this while your Domaine de Chevalier Blanc ages in the cellar.

Drank at Le Pistou. Second wine of Domaine de Chevalier. 70% Sauvignon Blanc, 30% Semillion. Perfect blend. Nice, light, slightly fruity, dry white. Happy.

Grand Cru Chablis blind tasting (stockholm): Tasted blind. This had a very peculiar taste. An odd and bitter flavor I can't place and which I don't care for. At least I am correct in guessing that it is not a chablis grand cru! As for the rest, I fail at even picking out the sauvignon blanc/semillon cepage.

Afterwork blindtasting: Mature. Oxidised nose, bruised apples. High acidity, medium body, long aftertaste. Light phenolic grip alt. oak tannin. Dried yellow fruit, oxidised, dull. Really dull.
