Sunday, April 29, 2012 - Holy crap!! This is what Shiraz should be. Strong bouquet, nice and inky at first but mellowed out over the night. Decanted for 1 hour before drinking and drank over the next two hours. Could have used another hour of decanting but the restaurant was closing soon.
