Sunday, May 30, 2021 - Nose of dry cherry and musty earth. Great heavy thick mouthfeel. Viscous. Cherry cough syrup. Surprisingly big. Seems to have many years left. Strong cherry fruit showing with a hint of vanilla. Decanted for 45mins and served with lightly seasoned grilled pork chops.
