Sunday, May 16, 2010 - This was an excellent wine paired with both cheese and then our veal dinner. There was a lot going on with this wine from the start which highlighted cloves and currants and then after an hour it opened up a lot and gave us better hint of berries, in particular raspberries. This wine also really offered strong tannins.
